What's in 9.11.2

TOD 9.11.2 corrects the empty-state messages in Monitor > Wireless.

Wireless monitoring states

Empty monitoring responses previously said “No wireless interfaces detected on this device.” That response does not establish whether radios exist or whether clients are connected. Empty responses now say “No wireless monitoring data available yet.” Failed requests say “Unable to load wireless monitoring data.”

When successful latest readings include radios and every client count is zero, the page says “No wireless clients connected.” Radio cards and their history charts remain visible. Unknown client counts do not count as zero. Both monitoring requests finish loading before the page selects an empty state.

Zero-client radios

The collector already inventories radios before registrations in 9.11.0 and 9.11.1. No collector or backend change was needed for this UI patch. A live hAP ax³ check on RouterOS 7.20.6 returned an enabled wifi1 with one client and an enabled wifi2 with zero clients. Radio configuration was unchanged and the temporary read-only API account was removed.

The existing alert evaluator preserves a total client count of zero and matches a “client count below 1” threshold. This check did not exercise notification delivery. The reporting user's missing telemetry has not been reproduced; the requested poller version and collection diagnostics are still needed to establish its cause.

Updating

No reinstall, new database migration or configuration setting is required compared with 9.11.1. Back up, retain existing data and environment files, and pull or rebuild the API and frontend images before recreating those containers with the installation's existing Compose options. See the update instructions. Installations older than 9.11.0 also need the firmware-cache Compose mount.

Verification

Five new frontend regressions cover missing telemetry, two zero-client radio cards and charts, connected clients, unknown counts and request failures. The full local frontend suite passed 75 tests; TypeScript and lint checks passed with the existing lint warnings.
